"Sue and Mike were amazing! They took the time to get to know who we were and what we were looking for. We saw tons of houses and they both were so honest with us and straight forward, you can tell they have your best interest in mind! The communication between everyone was so promote as well. We never had to worry about something getting done because they were always on top of everything! I can not recommend them highly enough! We didn’t just get a new home, we made a great connection with the team! We could not be any happier we found them."

"We chose Susan and Mike Murphy to help us sell because they are professional, relatable, responsive, experienced and impressed us the most with their understanding of our situation. Our home was a challenge because of the irregular shaped lot and location of a busy road on one side. The house showings were always great until the potential buyers stepped outside to walk the property... In spite of this, we were able to find the right buyer for our house in 4 months. In addition to selling our home, the Murphy Team helped us find a new place to live and couldn't have been any faster in responding to any interest we had in looking at potential listings. "My wife and I found our Dream home while surfing online one day. We were not in the market at that time nor was our home listed for sale. "Susan and her husband, Michael, are an exceptional team! With many personal friends being real estate agents, it was a challenge for my husband and I to know how to proceed with buying a new home. "I hired the Murphy team (Sue and Mike) to list my house based on their marketing plan and knowledge of the local market. I was in the process of relocating for work and my house required a significant amount of work before listing. Sue and Mike advised me on which improvements to make, recommended (and scheduled) contractors to complete the work, marketed the house, identified a buyer (on day of listing), guided me through the sales process, and served as my proxy at settlement.
